Internship Completion Process Diagram

(Internship is having no cost we never charged for internship of 6 weeks, those who completed all formalities will be rewarded Certificate/Stipend/PPO, subject to their performance after 6 weeks those who did not completed their internship will automatically switched into Training Course of 60 Days “15 days extended” and that will cost Rs 1050 for Final Certificate)

All Decision is of Management on this no further communication will takes place further.

📝 Description of Each Step:

1. Submit Final Project (Along with weekend 5 mini project, this is mandatory guideline )
   • Upload your final internship project (including all 5 mini project and 1 Major Project) and all required reports/documents.(Final project report, as per final report guideline)
   • If you miss the timeline , to submit the project ,provide valid justification (Extension will be provided based on case to case basis and it is purely management decision)
   • Ensure compliance with the project guidelines and submission deadlines. (It is mandatory to follow)
   • Ensure that Project is properly working while presentation (Decided by your instructor who is taking your sessions)
2. Complete Certificate Formalities
   • Fill in any feedback or experience forms as required.
   • Submit no-objection or clearance forms if applicable.
   • 90% Session Attendance is mandatory (for that respective whole session)
   • All 5 mini project and 1 Major Project has to be presented to our SME after completion .
   • Those who comply with above guideline, is applicable to apply for Final Certificate.
   • As per our policy, all the sessions students activity and their attendance we have recorded so the final decision will be based on that and final decision is of our management
   • Student must shown leadership quality and lead the sessions at least 15 days during the entire internship.(Mandatory for Stipend eligibility only )
   • If any student has any concern he/she can mail (with valid evidence )us on suppor@gncipl.online.
3. Get Your Final Certificate
   • After successful verification, your internship completion certificate will be generated.
   • It will be made available for download or sent to your registered email.
   • Payment is required for verification of certificate only, else not required.(Applicable For Training Certificate only no charges for Internship Certificate)
4. Stipend will be provided upto Rs 5000 who full fill above 95% session attendance and comply with above guidelines with exceptionally good performance track (Including technical and Presentation Skills)
5. Those who are eligible for this please contact us along with valid evidence.
6. Final Decision will be of your Sessions trainer and Management as per company policy.

(We are doing validation process to avoid certificate duplications/fake certification for the interest of certificate holder only and the same is advisable for students also)

Process 1: (Your Internship Certificate is Free)

1. Certificate is free if student completed all formalities as mentioned above.

Process 2 : If student unable to complete their internship within 6 weeks it will be switched into Training Course (extending 15 more days)

It is chargeable with Rs 1050 in advance.
